Our services refer exclusively to the activities of restoring, manual cleaning, dyeing, and repairing oriental carpets and antique upholstery.

2. Description of Services

Our services are provided by experts in the field of antique textile conservation.
We are committed to preserving natural colors and repairing damaged fringes using traditional techniques.
Any price estimate is provided as a preliminary assessment and may be adjusted after a detailed inspection of the item.
We are not involved in financial transactions, brokerage, metatrader, or cryptocurrencies.

3. Client Rights and Obligations

The Client is obliged to:

Provide accurate and complete information about the item to be restored.
Present the item in a condition that allows for a proper assessment (clean, dry).
Pay the costs of the services according to the issued invoice, within the agreed terms.

The Client has the right to a preliminary consultation and to receive a detailed report on the condition of the item and the proposed work.

4. Limitation of Liability

Forex Traders carries out its activities with the utmost care and professionalism. However:

We do not guarantee perfect results for items with extreme degradation or irreversible damage.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or natural alterations of materials (e.g., old wool).
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided for the respective item.
